Shipping Policy
Thank you for your order. Here is everything you need to know about shipping from Akna Wellness.
1. Where We Ship
We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states. We do not currently ship internationally. For updates on international shipping availability, subscribe to our email list or check back at aknawellness.com.
2. Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order has shipped.
During high-volume periods (new product launches, promotions), processing may take up to 5 business days. We will notify you if there is an unexpected delay.
3. Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery
• Standard Shipping (USPS First Class / Ground): 5–8 business days after processing — [PRICE: add at checkout setup]
• Priority Shipping (USPS Priority Mail): 2–3 business days after processing — [PRICE: add at checkout setup]
• Express Shipping: Available at checkout for select zip codes — [PRICE: add at checkout setup]
Delivery timeframes are estimates only. Akna Wellness is not responsible for carrier delays.
4. Order Tracking
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order ships. You can track your package through the carrier's website or through your account on aknawellness.com.
5. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost in transit, please contact us within 14 days of the estimated delivery date. We will open an investigation with the carrier and work to resolve the issue.
Akna Wellness is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier. If your package shows as delivered but you have not received it, please check with neighbors and your local carrier before contacting us. We are happy to assist.
If your order arrived damaged, please photograph the damage and contact us within 5 days of delivery. We will send a replacement at no charge.
6. Incorrect Address
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. Akna Wellness is not responsible for packages shipped to an incorrectly entered address. If you notice an address error after placing your order, contact us immediately at (786) 519-3007 or info@aknawellness.com — we will do our best to correct it before the order ships.
7. Free Shipping
We periodically offer free shipping promotions. Current offers will be displayed at checkout. Subscribe to our email list to receive shipping offers and updates.
