Refund & Return Policy

We want you to feel confident purchasing from Akna Wellness. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of our products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please contact us within 30 days of your delivery date. We will work with you to make it right — whether through a replacement, store credit, or refund.

2. Return Eligibility

•       Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery

•       Products must be unused or minimally used — we understand you may need to try a product to evaluate it

•       Original packaging preferred but not required

•       We do not accept returns of opened products for resale, but we will still process your refund or replacement per our satisfaction guarantee

3. How to Initiate a Return

Contact us before sending any return. Email us at info@aknawellness.com or call (786) 519-3007 with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions.

Do not send products back without contacting us first.

4. Refund Processing

•       Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of us receiving and reviewing your return

•       Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, damaged product, etc.)

•       If your order arrived damaged or you received the wrong product, we will send a replacement at no cost or issue a full refund — your choice

5. Exceptions

•       We cannot accept returns or issue refunds for orders that are 31 or more days past the delivery date

•       Promotional or bundle items follow the same return policy as standard items

•       We reserve the right to decline a return if we suspect abuse of this policy

6. Exchanges

We do not process direct product exchanges. If you would like a different product, please return your original order (per the process above) and place a new order.
