We hope you love your Akna Wellness products! If you need to request a return, please review our policy below before reaching out.
How do I initiate a return?
Unopened items with all seals intact may be returned for a refund of the item amount within 30 days of the original delivery date. To initiate a return, send qualifying items with valid proof of purchase to the address below.
Return labels are not provided. You may use the carrier of your choice. We recommend keeping your tracking information until delivery is confirmed.

Please note:
- Any opened products, including supplements, are NOT eligible for a return or refund. No exceptions.
- Sale, discounted, and final sale items are NOT eligible for return.
- All international orders are final sale and not eligible for return.
- The original shipping cost is non-refundable.
- Please include your order number and/or the email address associated with your account inside the return package to avoid processing delays. Do not combine returns from multiple orders.
- After your return is received at our facility, please allow up to 14 business days for your refund to be posted to your original payment method.
- Only orders placed directly on aknawellness.com are eligible for a return or refund through Akna Wellness.
- Results for lactation supplements are not guaranteed, as every body is unique.
