We are a Miami-based wellness brand built by a Board-Certified Lactation Consultant and a co-founder who grew up in Mexico, watching the women around him navigate postpartum without the support their own culture had always provided.

In Mexico and across Latin America, the 40 days after birth have always had a name: la cuarentena. New moms were fed warm broths and herbal teas, held by family, and given one job to heal.
